  Not a cheery kind of customer service experience... kind of shocked at the short and terse kind of response and attitude the staff had when serving me. Seems like they are all pretty unhappy as sadly it comes through to the customer in their tone and language..even told the server to have a nice day, ti which I got zero response.

  Peter and all the staff are a pleasure and treat everyone like they are neighbors. Always smiling and making sure you are being taken care of. Oh, and food is awesome! It is always great to have a choice of either Harvey’s, or Swiss Chalet. There is something good to eat no matter what you are in the mood for.

  the food is awesome but the staff are a bunch of hyped up gypsy children begging for a fix not good

  The food is always good, although some of the service could be improved. I especially like how the restaurant has a Sugar Kings next game display along with a t-shirt for the high school football team.
